My online publications include health and fitness articles for LiveStrong.com and Demand Studios.

I am passionate about educating others on living a healthy lifestyle and truly committed to helping people reach their fitness goals. My goal is to provide information, support and empower my clients to take control of their health. My reward is seeing them implement these tools, make improvements and become stronger along their journey.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Health Science & Exercise Physiology. I am an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified group exercise instructor and a NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) certified personal trainer.

My motto is: “regular exercise and nutritious meal planning is not a trend, it’s a lifestyle that ensures good health while reaching an optimal level of fitness.
