I am a Health and Wellness Consultant with over 10 years of experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, wellness coaching and dance. Working with both private and non-profit organizations, I provide worksite wellness promotion programs through a variety of workshops ranging from physical fitness classes to stress management and diabetes prevention. In addition, I am an adjunct professor at Long Island University and Brooklyn College City University of New York. The courses I teach include:

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Health Science & Exercise Physiology. I am an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified group exercise instructor and a NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) certified personal trainer.
