If you have nutribullet or blender, use the same ingredients listed above, adding a cup of water and ice. It will be a bit thicker but you can always strain it for a smoother texture. Enjoy!

Vegetable Stir Fry
This is a great meal for lunch and/or dinner. It is light, yet filling and loaded with nutrients! Scroll down for more information.
- Fresh broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups of shredded carrots 0r 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 Zucchini, sliced
- 1 Clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of pepper (optional)
Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium to high heat.
Add the crushed garlic to oil and mix it in thoroughly.
Add the vegetables to the pan and saute for about 5 to 10 minutes or until they are tender but still crisp.
Finally, sprinkle a pinch of pepper over the vegetables for added flavor. Some recipes call for soy sauce and that is also an option. However I think it tastes great this way and the garlic gives it great flavor. Give it a try and let me know how you like it!

Banana Oatmeal Muffins
These tasty treats are absolutely delicious!
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 3 cups of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- optional – one handful of chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together in a large bowl
Spray a muffin pan and/or muffin liners with with non-stick cooking spray
Fold the chocolate chips into the oatmeal batter
Pour the batter into the muffin cups (do not fill them to the very top!)
Bake 20-30 minutes, the edges will begin to brown and you can stick a toothpick in the center. If the toothpick is clean when you remove it, the muffins are done
Let the muffins cool and then enjoy!
