Juice Recipe

This is a delicious juice recipe that not only tastes great but makes you feel great too! Here’s to digestive Health!

Juice

If you prepare this in a juicer, you only need the following ingredients:

  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Ginger
  • Apple
  • Lemon

If you have nutribullet or blender, use the same ingredients listed above, adding a cup of water and ice. It will be a bit thicker but you can always strain it for a smoother texture. Enjoy!

  • Fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups of shredded carrots 0r 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Clove of garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper (optional)

Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium to high heat.

Add the crushed garlic to oil and mix it in thoroughly.

Add the vegetables to the pan and saute for about 5 to 10 minutes or until they are tender but still crisp.

Finally, sprinkle a pinch of pepper over the vegetables for added flavor. Some recipes call for soy sauce and that is also an option. However I think it tastes great this way and the garlic gives it great flavor. Give it a try and let me know how you like it!
